The challenge
The wire straightening and cut-to-length line was outdated, with non-continuous operation, limited ergonomics for the operator, and an obsolete electrical panel.
The solution
We modernized and optimized the line to give the operator better ergonomics and uninterrupted operation, upgrading the electrical panel with the latest Siemens technology, including the MTP1000 operator panel and the Siemens S7-1500 PLC.
The result
The machine now has targeted, precise diagnostics, with continuous operation and significantly improved ergonomics for the operator.
