The challenge
The woven wire mesh machine was not reaching its full production potential, and the operator interface was not very intuitive.
The solution
We optimized the machine software with advanced calculations to increase productivity, while ensuring process stability and consistency, and developed a new, modern and easy-to-use operator interface.
The result
Productivity increased by roughly 60 square meters per hour, with a stable and consistent process and a completely renewed operator interface.
