The challenge

The plant's control panel was outdated: it did not allow full remote management of the plant nor an automatic restart after a stop, resulting in lost production.

The solution

We carried out a complete revamp of the control panel, modernizing it with the latest Siemens and ASEM technologies, and implemented remote control for full off-site management of the plant.

The result

Thanks to the new automatic restart systems, annual production increased by roughly 20%.
